Renovation of basement, new floor slab, screed, removal of internal wall and structural steelwork, rendering, plumbing, new electrics The work was carried out to a high standard and finished on schedule, the team are courteous, prompt and very tidy. Florin is always willing to discuss and explain matters and has had some good ideas which we have taken up, he also ensures that the customer is happy with the work. I would certainly recommend Provilla and will be using them again next year.

Florin and the team did a great job removing a supporting wall in our kitchen and completely refurbishing the room. We had new walls put up, under floor heating new back door and other minor modifications. The service from florin was very good, he was always on hand to keep us updated with progress and happy to discuss any issues that arose. The team were very keen to ensure we were 100% happy with the work and they were flexible during the process and worked around our kitchen fitters well.

All work was carried out to a high standard. The project was scheduled for three months and was finished slightly early. All Provilla Builders staff and the subcontractors used by him were hardworking and courteous. Wherever possible changes during the project were made no extra cost.
